Subject: Filling up the post of below-mentioned positions on regular basis in the MSME Rural Development Agency (MRDA), Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

The undersigned is directed to state that the MRDA, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India proposes to fill up 30 (Thirty) vacancies of District Manager, 314 (Three Hundred Fourteen) vacancies of Assistant Manager, 30 (Thirty) vacancies of Accountant, 30 (Thirty) vacancies of Data Entry Operator, 314 (Three Hundred Fourteen) vacancies of Peon, 60 (Sixty) vacancies of Supervision Officer, 14 (Fourteen) vacancies of Back Office Staff, 624 (Six Hundred Twenty Two) vacancies of Vocational Trainer, 314 (Three Hundred Fourteen) vacancies of Councillor, and 2400 (Twenty Four Hundred) vacancies of MSME Sathi on a regular basis in MRDA.

The qualification and experience required for these posts and other details are provided below.

It is requested that eligible and willing candidates may apply online on www.mrda.co.in within a period of two months from the date of publication of this circular.

Applications received after the closing date or found incomplete are liable to be rejected.

While forwarding the application, it must be verified and certified that the particulars furnished by the applicant are correct. It should also be confirmed that, in the event of selection for appointment, the candidate will be relieved of his/her duties immediately.

Skill Training Programs

MRDA organizes various skill development programs to empower rural youth and women. Our aim is to create sustainable livelihood opportunities and promote self-reliance through hands-on training.

Course - 1

Women's Tailoring

Through the Silai Bunai (Tailoring & Weaving) program, MRDA trains women and youth to develop garment-making skills and earn through self-employment or small group businesses in their villages.

Qualification: No Bar

Age: 18yrs - 40yrs

Course - 2

Masala Making

MRDA provides training to rural women in Masala (Spice) Making as part of small-scale entrepreneurship programs. Women are taught hygienic preparation, packaging, and marketing to start their own spice business and become self-reliant.

Qualification: No Bar

Age: 18yrs - 40yrs

Course - 3

Agarbatti Making Training

In the Agarbatti (Incense Stick) Making training, participants learn material preparation, fragrance blending, and packaging techniques to create quality incense products and establish a local livelihood source.

Qualification: No Bar

Manager

Location: District Headquarters

Role: Supervise all project operations, monitor team performance, and ensure project goals are achieved.

Eligibility: Graduate / Post Graduate with experience in management or development sector.

Asst. Manager

Location: Block Level Centers

Role: Support the Manager in field coordination, reporting, and team management.

Eligibility: Graduate / Diploma with leadership and communication skills.

Councilor

Location: Training and Counseling Centers

Role: Provide career counseling, guide trainees, and help them choose the right skill programs.

Eligibility: Graduate in social work, psychology, or related field.
